I am running a neurofeedback session on myself tonight as I put the finishing touches on the presentation I am going to be giving to a group of brain trainers tomorrow, in St. Jacobs. Brain training always leaves my head feeling really clear, and my body super relaxed. :)
I will be teaching simple Somatic Experiencing exercises that anyone can use to being helping their nervous system to re-learn how to regulate itself better so that concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, addiction and more can improve without having to work quite so hard.
Somatic Experiencing and neurofeedback make an absolutely unbeatable combination, with both working with the nervous system, on both the conscious level as well as working with involuntary processes.
